Hello, I'm Lexi! 

I founded ZoZo Cookie Co. in 2022, named after my beloved golden retriever Zoe. 

I started baking at a local Twin Cities bakery in 2018 and fell in love. I would come home from long days in the industrial kitchen and jump into my own kitchen at home to try new recipes and creations. 

ZoZo Cookie Co. was born as a place to explore, enjoy and create delicious baked goods. I try not to follow conventions or stick to definitions and just happily create things that I love. I strive to bring your ideas to life through my work.
